Membership Renewals 2025/2026

Your current KAPS membership expires on 1st April 2025 and you will not be able to fish after that date without a new membership 2025/2026.

The committee is pleased to announce that it will be holding membership fees unchanged for the coming year, with the exception of Junior memberships, that will be lowered, to support those that have multiple memberships to purchase. We remain committed to being a low-cost, general fishing club.

All membership renewals are done through Clubmate.

For the 2025-2026 season we have simplified the membership, where we will now offer four types of base membership – Adult, OAP, Partner and Junior.

You can still add a night ticket or 3rd rod permit but we will require that members purchase everything that they require for the season at the same time as they renew.

So unfortunately, the option to buy a night or a third rod ticket at a later date will no longer exist. 

When logging in to Clubmate, you should see one of the following options. You need to select what you require for the whole season. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

ADULT
This membership is for adults aged 18 years and over, as of the 1st April 2025
     OAP
This membership is for OAPs aged 65 years and over, as of the 1st April 2025

Adult + 3rd Rod £135   OAP + Nights £85
Adult + Nights £170   OAP + 3rd Rod £85
Adult + Nights + 3rd Rod £205   OAP + Nights + 3rd Rod £120
         
PARTNER
This membership is for a partner of a member, irrespective of age or gender.		     JUNIOR
This membership is for a JUNIOR aged under 18, as of the 1st April 2025

Partner + 3rd Rod £60   Junior + 3rd Rod £65

*Every year we receive a number of renewals asking for a family member to be added to an existing membership. We are unable to do this as family members, as well as Accompanied Young Anglers, are only enrolled from the waiting list.

Annual subscriptions must be received by 15th May 2025. It is NOT permissible to add your 3rd Rod and Night Fishing options at a later date.

If your renewal isn’t received by mid-May we will assume that you have resigned from the Society and any such vacancies will then be offered to applicants on the waiting list. This process usually goes on until mid-June and by that time all vacancies will have been filled and it will be too late to renew your membership. Every year we receive a number of renewals asking for a family member to be added to an existing membership. We regret that it is not possible to do this. New members (including family members) will only be enrolled from the waiting list.

 

Waiting List

New Members; we have a long waiting list for membership. To join the waiting list, please send a stamped (new barcode type stamp), addressed envelope to:

You must affix a new barcoded stamp to your envelope otherwise your application form cannot be returned.

This envelope will be retained and will be used to send you an application form when there is a vacancy.

Please be aware that all new members will need to be sponsored by an established KAPS member who is
willing to be responsible for their conduct as a KAPS member.
