IMPORTANT

Kingfisher APS is moving to an on-line membership system called Clubmate. Starting in 2024, all membership renewals will be done through Clubmate.

Initially, all members are required to complete an on-line form and to provide an email address for us to contact you. Once we have collected all member email addresses, we will email all members with an invitation to join Clubmate, where you will create an account and upload a photo of yourself. Once you have created your Clubmate account, you will be able to renew your membership and pay online through a secure payment gateway.

If you do not have an email address, please write to the secretary. The address can be found on your membership card or on the website.

PLEASE CARRY OUT THE REQUIRED ACTIONS AT THE EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY.

New membership cards will be available from early February.

If your renewal isn’t received by mid-May we will assume that you have resigned from the Society and any such vacancies will then be offered to applicants on the waiting list. This process usually goes on until mid-June and by that time all vacancies will have been filled and it will be too late to renew your membership. Every year we receive a number of renewals asking for a family member to be added to an existing membership. We regret that it is not possible to do this. New members (including family members) will only be enrolled from the waiting list.

Waiting List

New Members; we have a long waiting list for membership. To join the waiting list, please send a stamped (new barcode type stamp), addressed envelope to:

KAPS – Waiting List
20 Whitehill Road

You must affix a new barcoded stamp to your envelope otherwise your application form cannot be returned.

This envelope will be retained and will be used to send you an application form when there is a vacancy.

Please be aware that all new members will need to be sponsored by an established KAPS member who is
willing to be responsible for their conduct as a KAPS member.
